Global Link Logistics Announces Hessel Verhage promotion to President

To Our Valued Customers,
We are extremely pleased to announce that Hessel Verhage has been promoted to President, Global Link Logistics. Hessel brings a wealth of knowledge of air and ocean freight forwarding to the position.
Hessel has been with Global Link since August, 2006, and prior to joining Global Link he was Director of Asian Trade for AIT. Before AIT, Hessel was the Director of Ocean Services for Menlo Worldwide, having worked his way up from a local office dock at Emery/Menlo Worldwide. Hessel is a veteran of the US Army and a graduate of Eastern Carolina University.
Many of you have met Hessel is his initial role as Director of Sales, or, more recently, as VP of Trade, responsible for all of Global Link’s carrier procurement activities. Hessel is a natural candidate to lead Global Link into the future. He has a strong operational background, coupled with excellent carrier and customer relationships.
